I was kind of excited to try this survey app. The surveys look like they pay decently, the interface and navigation are clear and easy. But since installing it and signing up three days ago I have not qualified for one single survey. Obviously I know that it is common to disqualify, not to this extent. At this point it is just wasting space on my device and will have to go

I downloaded this app with high expectations based on the positive reviews, but I have been thoroughly disappointed. The app is extremely slow and crashes frequently, making it almost unusable. The user interface is cluttered and not intuitive, which makes navigation a frustrating experience. Additionally, many of the features advertised are either locked behind a paywallsimply don't work as intended. Customer support has been unresponsive, and despite several updates, none of the major issue

The app works as advertised, but if a survey requires you to listen to an audio excerpt, the player doesn't load and there's no option to open the survey in Chrome and continue from there. For the sake of functionality, I'll stick to the browser, but the app is certainly very handy to have and it conforms to my screen size better than the site.
